The first time i met Carlo i had heard his adds on KBER and we were looking at buying a house. We decided to go with Carlo and it was one of the best choices i have made. Right in the middle of the process I was sent out of the country for work for a month fearing this would slow down the process he assured me it would not and he worked with me at all hours of the day and night with the time difference. Being familiar with where i was going he even gave me some places to check out and good ways to communicate with my family.
